Feedback does happen…

Some time ago, I had posted this entry about a bad-driving incident that someone saw and tried to report back to the company about.

We have, of course, taken corrective actions based on your feedback in this instance, and have also fine-tuned the existing checks & balances to deal with such issues.

It’s great to know that some companies do take the feedback seriously and are trying to improve the quality of the driving. Thank you, Aricent!

    Wow! I tried to report an incident – there was a really rash driver rushing about in a Qualis at 5 AM – I mananged to catch the phone number at the back of the car (the one that usually says – “if the driver is found driving rashly….”)

    I called them reported the incident – I managed to see that the cab had been leased out the HP and I got a serial number off it.

    First I learnt that the number I had called to report the incident to did not go to HP – so I am sure HP does not even know about this incident.

    Next – the person who took my call (at least someone took the call at 5 AM) told me I need to give him the registration number for him to take action. The errant cabbie was out of sight by then – all I had was the serial number.

    The person who took the call – just said OK – thank you sir and disconnected!

    So much for reporting driving violations – I hope someone from HP reads this…

    Deepa, publishing an email address may subject them to spam. Can you remove the IP and mail id?
