Metro update – April 3rd Week
Well, I’m not going to talk any further on tree felling, for sure.
Anyway, I passed by MG Road yesterday and realised, to my sheer horror, that I’d not carried along my trust digicam. Hence am not able to show you, dear readers, the action on MG Road. Will compensate one of these days. Meanwhile, here are some related pics of whats happening on the Metro front elsewhere.
No action yet at the proposed Byapannahalli Terminal, save for a gent, who’s doing his bit to loosen the soil, perhaps, ahead of the digging.
The location of the project office of the Metro is a bit further on Old Madras Road, almost opposite to Big Bazaar.
Shiny new barricades for use on CMH Road.
As the shifting of utilities are happening, the BMRCL has also taken on the responsibility of getting whatever is required to house the control panels etc. Here’s an example:
The scene of action on CMH Road:
When is the expected data of completion of the Project, atleast the date which is Projected?
Also what will be the main stops in the first phase of the Metro?
Also what is the Project Mono, is it same as Metro?
Also in Bangalore there is a well made Railway route, which covers lots of place in the city, so are their any plans to start service which can utilize these routes, like for Example from Yeshwantpur to Cant, or Bynpanhalli to Yelhanaka, Whitefield to Bangalore East Etc?
This might be useful too
it will take long time to finish this project.so Bangaloreans need to bare this problems for some time.
What is that Guy in Blue shirt in Picture 3 doing there?
Polluting the Earth ;)
