Is it the beginning?

Y’day’s total Bundh may not be the end of the slew of protests on the Cauvery issue. It could just be the beginning, if various pro-Kannada organizations’ plans are anything to go by.

Today …
– Entire Kannada filmdom is hitting the streets and marching to the Raj Bhavan. All sectors of the Kannada filmdom artistes, producers, exhibitors, distributors and directors will take out a rally at 11 am from KFCC office near Shivananda Circle till Raj Bhavan, where a memorandum will be submitted to the Governor.

– The Kannada Sangharsha Samiti is holding a dharna in front of Union Minister Ambareesh’s residence at JP Nagar demanding his resignation.

– The Adugodi Cauvery Nagarika Horata Samithi is staging a protest at Adugodi Circle at 10 am during the day.

Tomorrow
– The Akhila Karnataka Gadi Horata Samithi is meeting tomorrow to chalk out plans for holding protests in the coming days.

Let’s wait and watch!!!

Yes it is just the beginning of bundhs and rasta roko’s and it will continue until Central Govt intervenes and corrects the unjust done to Karnataka in the Tribunal. It is very clear that Tribunal has acted under the influence of Politicians in Central Govt which is flooded with Tamil Chavunism of DMK and Congress.

Read on only if you don’t mind some light-hearted comment on this important issue:

Several years ago there was a serious water shortage in New York City. The mayor at the time, John Lindsey, suggested a temporary solution to the water shortage problem: Shower with a friend.

Which makes me think. Perhaps one of those on-line match-making services can match together people from Karnataka and Tamil Nadu to shower together to save water. I’m sure such match-making would improve relations between the people of both states — as well as reduce water shortages. It sure sounds like a lot more fun than a bandh.

That was a good comment. Thinking about the population bursting at seems; this seems like it would add more of it ;-)
