Moonoverstillwater productions, Chennai, will be staging the English Play …and sunshine follows the rain’, at Rangashankara, J.P. Nagar, Bangalore, from the 30th of January to the 4th of February, 2007.

This Play (Inspired by ‘The Glass Menagerie’ by Tennessee Williams), set in an Anglo-Indian family in Perambur, Madras in the ’50s, is a simple story painted with humour, pathos and with a refreshing twist at the end. This play had a wonderful reception in Chennai where they staged 8 shows in July at The Museum Theatre,as part of ‘Anglo-Scapes’, a fortnight long festival on the Anglo-Indian community, which was an unqualified success in terms of participation and response.

They will be staging 8 shows of the Play i.e., one show at 7.30 pm from Tuesday to Friday and two shows at 3.30 pm and 7.30 pm on Saturday and Sunday. The evening shows on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are at a special rate of Rs. 49/- only and all other shows are priced at at Rs.100/-.
