ಎನ್ ಮಳೆ ಗುರು!What a Rain Boss!

Friday early morning rocks with rain in the city, A Huge downpour is not just from today morning but also from few days, However all these days rain used to visit in the afternoon or evenings but for a change today it was early morning.

I was wishing for the early morning heavy rains from a long time and my wish has fulfilled!

Took an early morning drive @ 6 AM to feel the rain, It was quite risky on the roads to drive today and also some roads were impossible to drive where a huge water on the roads, Almost all the vehicles were with headlights and roads remembered the evenings.

For the first time i saw a quite numbers of cabs on the roads were with flat tyre, Lot of traders or vendors who were selling the festival items were cursing the rains, News papers and milk deliver was delayed, Early morning office goers were in bad mood, I guess later rain understood the situation and reduced the force.

But the thing which made me relax is Traffic Police were on the road by 6:30 AM and controlling the traffic in the heavy rains with just a thin raincoat on them.

I appreciate the efforts and the dedication of these guys.

Tippu Palace is one of the remains of the history in Bangalore, Construction of the palace started in 1781 by Haider Ali and completed by his son Tippu sultan in 1791, This Palace is built in an Islamic style with mostly wood and a very good paintings on the walls with lot of pillars across the palace.
BTW another fact is that the so called Palace is just a part of main palace, the main palace was towards the Venkataramana Temple which is no more exist there.
Current Palace consist of Ground & First floor with lot of rooms, hall & a open area, In ground floor there is small museum with few paintings related to Tippu sultan by James Hunter, Robert Home and others.

Location: Near KR Market (City Market)

Entrance Fee: Rs.5

Note: Well, there is some small conflicts in the date of construction of the palace, Inside one can see it is started in 1781 and completed by 1791, However outside at the entrance it is dated 1778-1789, Do any of you know why it is so ?

Recently Times Now a news channel showed a report on how easy to carry a weapon (read Gun) in to pubs in Bangalore (later showed about other cities too), After watching the program I still didn’t understood what is the need to expose the security loop holes in the Pubs, Is Pubs are some military base or house of parliament to have a tight security? Also channel should understand where in our country they have a security check in pubs.
The concern they gave is the shootout in the pub last year on St.Marks road by an politicians son, But i would like to ask Times Now that i can show you the shootouts in Temples,Court,Trains,Road,Mosque, call center and many more places, so that means that all these places need to have a tight security check ?

Can’t understand the standards of the channels.

A month awaited curiosity ended yesterday, Two Bangalore based Airlines tycoons became Bhai Bhai, Vijay Mallya from Kingfisher airlines is buying 26% of the stake in Air Deccan and now one can see the smile and relax on Captain Gopinath face, Mr.Gopinath had gone through tough time last couple of months as the Air Deccan was running with loss for 200+ cr.

The news of marriage between KF & AD came a month ago, But Mr.Gopinath was not ready to accept the fact,Infact every time he escaped from press, Last one month the share prices of AD increased 40% + by the news of acquisition.

Air Deccan is well know for low airfare, poor customer service and delayed flight schedules, Kingfisher is know for little costlier in the budget airlines, good customer services, eye and mouth candies.

Well, with the marriage between AD & KF will cut the loss of AD? Will both rule in Indian domestic sector? Will they grab the profit to maximum? No idea, I am not a business analyst.

As a customer I am eagerly waiting for competitive air fares, better customer service & timely schedules with Mallya and Gopinath, will they reach common man with all this? time should answer.

Good Luck Mallya & Gopinath.
