Reminds me of the good old days when we would kneel on the cot, perfectly positioned at the windowside and watch people – some running to reach home despite the rain, others waiting in the shade of a tree for the rain to subside.

Those days, rain wasn’t at all a pain for Bangaloreans and the city. No exponential increase in traffic jams on Hosur road, no flooding in the low-lying Puttenahalli and HSR layout. Just an ocassion to switch to “chai aur garmagaram pakodein” from the usual “coffee-nippattu“!
