New Residential Layouts of Bangalore

The names for the new layouts in Bangalore are a source of great interest. In one newspaper, I got a flyer which gave the name of a new layout near Devanahalli airport as..I am NOT kidding…Aerozonaa! And in this post one could see Hollywood and Switzerland….

Well… are you wondering where your parents are going to settle down? Here’s where….

Mummy Daddy Residential Layout

This is obviously not for couples who don’t have children….

Your sequence to the “Deadly” post is even more deadlier!

Came here expecting details of the next Jayanagar type layouts that are being thought of.

Its best to leave your random mumblings to your personal friend circle.

Stop fretting “notbay etc.” she’s atleast posting something on an otherwise hibernating forum. if you have something more interesting, post yourself. otherwise nobody’s being forced to come ’round here.

@Notbayarea: Have to agree with you.
Dear Deepa Mohan take it easy lil bit. If you don’t have any real stuff to post, then please don’t. Your posts increasingly look like they are being posted just for the sake of it. Whats the compulsion ?

Interesting Deepa. Yeah when you have something really booming then you will get some variety. That is what seems to be happening in the Real Estate area as well. Both Mummy Daddy’s residential area & Aerozonaa seem like interesting names, hope everything else also about it is good.

I dont see anything irrelevant about this post at all. Appreciate your ability to spot these kinds of things & put it up here. It definitely gives more variety to the posts here.

@notetc. …and you sound like a nincompoop who’s too juvenile to be part of any forum/discussion. stop throwing anonymous insults around, and grow up.

did some digging after reading through the ‘hollywood/switzerland’ post. Apparently some guy who had made loads of money abroad and was enchanted by sunset blvd and others wanted to create a similar area namely ‘hollywood blvd’ or something like that where he could develop some high priced commercial/residential buildings. However in the early/mid-nineties he and his developer did not find the required enthusiasm in buyers and shelved the project.

I think post the success of Palm Meadows back in late 90s – the dotCom boom – did the real estate boomed here in bangalore – which was quite unfortunate for ‘hollywod/switzerland’ developer. Shit Happens!

All said and done, the idea except may be for the names, was not bad we need to be able to have neighbourhoods – and in fact we are today – associated with the glamour of sunset blvd et al.

fellow blogger from THE bay area here- I just wanted to say that I found this to be a fun and interesting post…

It is reflective of where you are and what is happening there. It probably won’t be as interesting to those of you who see this sort of thing everyday, but it does have value.
