Well, here’s an answer to everyone’s needs - The Active Canvas. Located in Jayanagar (near Ashoka Pillar) in a renovated house, classes are held in 5 studios - Yellow Barn, Varna, Kultur, Hosa Belaku, Olam - and the premises have enough space to hold different activities.

So whether it is painting, dancing, pottery classes or even language classes - there’s something for everyone.

The courses range from a one-day workshop to a 3-month course to accommodate varied interests and also throughout the day and weekends.

Active canvas was created with a belief that there lies a dormant artist in all of us… We wish to give people an opportunity to use art for anything they choose - to de-stress, unwind, bond with friends and family, discover oneself, inspire imaginations, or simply just enjoy their personal space,” says the website.
