Anna, I miss you

12 April 2006, It was a Black Wednesday for millions of people in Karnataka as we have lost an elderly person Rajkumar in our home .The demise news brought a massive storm in my life, I was in tears at my desk, It is already a year for now and still I cant digest that Rajkumar is not with us, I am still missing him.
The death news not only brought sadness among us but also made incurables scratches on the body of the Bangalore which happened by the riots at the time…. It was unforgettable days for many because of death and riots.

As tomorrow is the 1st death anniversary of Rajkumar Govt has deployed over 11,000(Eleven thousand) police men’s across Bangalore in order to maintain law & order. Hope nothing goes wrong tomorrow as we are not ready to witness one more riots in Bangalore.

Its Sad that our annavru left us one year ago. The ever Royal, cheerful, annavru will remain in our memories forever. But its the Loss for all fans worldwide. April 12th will be on Thursday. Which is very special day for Annavru. All films of our annavru used to release on thursday. even the movies produced under annavru’s banner are releasing on Thursday. A day before usual friday release.

Annavru always worshipped Raghavendra swamy. Thursday is the special day for Raghavendra swamy. On advice of our annavru even Rajini Kanth do worship Raghavendra Swamy. Rajani kanth’s 100th film was Based on Raghavendra Swamy.

Kannadanadige thumbalaradha nashtavagide. Annavru endendigu namma manasinalli uliyuthare.

Also watch annavru’s movies across the movie halls. Inox is playing Akasmika.

Your grief is obvious. Good post, Shadow! All his life, he was such a peace loving man who didn’t even venture into politics. If he had, we all know how easy it would have been for him to win over the voters. Such being the case, it was really sad that people lost lives a year ago. Lets hope nothing untoward happens tomorrow.

It is indeed a sad day.

I think it is only right that we admirers of Raj Kumar should make businesses close down tomorrow, burn a few buses and autos, and force the city to show some respect to the great man, just like we did last year. He is a state icon after all.

I dont know what all the hue and cry is all about! He was a good man ~ a great film icon! But it is difficult to understand violence at his death ~ also there was a political influence that resulted in the violence and the local people got a chance to show that they exist…
Bangalore is multi-cultural and that has resulted in a sence of hatred being incorporated ~ which is not only wrong but unjustified…
I just hope for the good of Bangalore and India that these type of incidences dont happen and sorrow is shown the way it is supposed to be shown!
