Vigilant RTO Quiz!!

Typical traffic jam scenario on the Old Madras road, while I am stuck in the opposite lane and wait…

I keep looking at this traffic cop, who has managed to catch a person without helmet. The person keeps arguing with the cop but to his vain, Mr. Cop demands his license and insists for the fine…perhaps he was aware that the guy waiting next to him on a moped and wearing helmet keeps a vigil in both of them… Mr. Cop knowingly anticipates that his actions are being watched and maintains his stand…

My trafic lane suddenly started to move, I quickly take this picture to keep the episode recorded with me. My eagerness to know the result flows along the traffic, OOPS.. there I miss the remaining episode…!

Questions on the mind, Will the cop collect the fine? or As usual he is satisfied with his selfish ulterior motive of revenue generation? or Will he let go the culprit saying “saar, swalpa adjust madi” with the famous ‘chalta hai’ attitude?…

What do you think should have happened by just looking at this picture?? Why?

Don’t be too harsh buddy. Some guys are honest (trust me I have seen one).

That said, the probability of this getting settled with a little fine without receipt are quite high :-)

Completely with you that there are few who are doing justice to their uniform but most of them most of the time and most of the situations mostly then DO NOT.

Sadly I have been avictim for last few days running around in RTO Indira Nagar to transfer my vehicle from Maharastra here and believe me I feel so humiliated, frusted to fight the system to behave normally as i refuse to pay service charges and engage the agents…

I will reserve my opinion and observations via a separate post once I complete all the formalities and achieve the objective.

The other guy with the helmet would also been stopped by the police because he has a TN registered vehicle and some ‘amount’ would have been demanded.

Yes, that’s a nice observation, the ‘kill’ is besides and ahead of Mr.Cop, most of the time as i understand they are all after the bikers with TN/KL/AP’s…
