Bengalooru Habba

Its ‘Habba’ (festival) time! The eight day long Bengalooru habba , now in its fourth year, has begun last Sunday. This annual festival, in the 50th anniversary year of Karnataka, promises to be special. All sorts of exhibitions, street plays, performances by artists from all over India aim to be featured! The aim is to showcase that Bengalooru (hmmm, gotta get used to this!) is a cultural city apart from being the IT industry’s fav. city!

Namma AIRTEL is the lead sponsor of the show apart from a host of other hi-flying companies & the Goethe Institut!!! A showroom of theirs in Indiranagar sports some very cute, creative banners. Take a look at one of these.

I’ve also gotten myself an invite for a show on Sunday which features, hmmmmm, Malaika Arora! If you fancy her yourself, head to the nearest AIRTEL showroom and make a pass….er, sorry, claim your pass!
