If you are in good shape, the full marathon should be great for you. This starts at 5 00 am. Else, you can settle for the half marathon that starts at 5 30 am. If you really want to take it easy (lazybones!), it is the Celebration Run for you, which starts at 10 00 am. The route maps are here.
