I was thinking of buying a new television. Initially I checked out places like Big Bazaar, Viveks, Pai Electronics etc. One of my friend, asked me to check out this eZone shop. Since I was away from bangalore for the past 3 months, I never knew such a shop existed. I did buy my TV from eZone, and these are my observations

Positives
1. The price is cheaper when compared to any other electronic store. My TV costed 8 % less when compared to viveks or Pai electronics.
2. They are very prompt on door delivery. If they say 2 hrs, they deliver within 1.5 hrs. And the delivery guy doesnt scratch his head, and ask you for money. Its your own will and wish to tip him
3. The sales guy(atleast the one I interacted with) first asked me the budget, and features am looking for. He didnt say things like ‘If you spend 1K or 2K more, you will get so and so’. He didnt confuse/
4. The location is pretty good, atleast in Koramangala (Bang opposite the ICICI ATM, US Pizza and Enigma)

Negatives
1. They seem to have good variety on television. But not much variety on other electronic products.
2. The positioning of the products. The music system counter is pretty close to the television counter. It does happen that, when you are looking for a television someone else will be looking out for a good music system. You are not in a position to judge the audio clarity. Maybe they can move these to opposite corners

To summarize, I would suggest that you make a trip to eZone if you are thinking of buying any electronic products
