Same old drone
The armchair cynic that I am, I strongly feel here is an issue that warrants making a big buzz about!
For the first time, the BMP is addressing the problem of mosquito menace in the City by combining a range of civic, engineering and health functions in all wards in a phased manner.
WOW! Never being the type to be infected….er, affected by the truth in that adage ‘once-bitten, twice shy’, the fact that the BMP has awoken to the need for a multi-pronged attack is indeed praiseworthy.
On the other hand, with the CM giving stinging replies/deadlines to many government agencies over infrastructure issues, it looks like the BMP is trying to get its act right before any bad blood is spilled on this issue publicly.
So, here’s a shot in the arm to you, guys! May you succeed this year!
;)
Look at the puns on this one! :D Ravi, when I see a post by you, I concentrate less on the matter, and more on what puns you have used this time :D
Ravi.. another one, pal! There are actually less mosquitoes for the past 2-3 days than before. Wondering if the agencies are already doing their work!
The problem has not come down in Koramangala yet. I posted some time back on this problem in my blogs.
