Taste sans borders
I enjoy dining at different restaurants. The similar looking ambience, food types, variety of drinks and service models of restaurants that have a global presence intrigue me.
TGI Friday’s is one of the restaurants that is out of the top draw of all the restaurants that I’ve visited in the US of A. I was surprised to know that our own Bangalore has its own TGIF at airport road.
The food is sumptuous and the service is excellent. It boasts of a seating capacity of a whopping 230 !!! Folks who feel nostalgic of their US wining and dining experience can pay a visit here ;-)
But, I wonder why McDonald’s can never do that in India… I’ve always felt that McD’s burgers outside of India tasted better that the ones served here. Are my taste-buds deceiving me or have any of you folks felt the same?

I never liked McD’s, I don’t know the reason.
Well I have never tasted McD’s outside US; So I can’t decide which one is bad.
Never tasted McDs outside US. But didnt like them even in US. I would prefer a BurgerKing anyday!
@ Harish : Same goes with Pizza Hut too! They make you stand on the table and dance with them to a song that amuses your friends and makes you look sheepish!
Are you kidding me? The food is crap at TGIF and unlike USA, it is damn expensive here.
