Namma Metro

A few weeks back, the news were agog with coverage about Delhi Metro. In a few years, Bangalore is also going to have its own metro service. Hopefully, no politician intervenes in this god-send of a commuting feature!

I received some pics in email from a friend. Sharing these here. The first one is obviously morphed or is there a life-size prototype somewhere?

And thanks to Japan approving the loan, the metro service will soon be a reality. Wish that the day dawns when someone who travels on the Bangalore Metro for the first time blogs about it here… :-)

The green in the logo represents the garden city while the purple represents technology and modernity.
